Funeral services for Winnert Vant Hoff, 81, will be held Tuesday afternoon at 1 o'clock from the home of his son, Albert Vant Hoff, who lives about six miles west of Waupun, and at 2 o'clock from the Presbyterian church of Alto. The Rev. Joseph Klerekoeper of Friesland will officiate.
Mr. Vant Hoff, who was born in the Netherlands on June 28, 1950, went to bed Friday evening apparently in good health and was found dead in his bed the next morning at about 6:30 o'clock.
Both Mr. Vant Hoff and his wife, who was formerly Jacoba Van Buren were born in Holland and came to this country about 23 years ago, moving directly to the town of Waupun.
Surviving relatives are three sons, Ed, Albert, and John, and four daughters, Mrs. Andrew Mouw of Alto; Mrs. Henry Westhuis who resided near Chester; Mrs. D. Van Veen of Denver, Colo.; and Mrs. Garret Vant Hoff. One daughter, Mrs. Herman Hopp, passed away about two years ago.
Pall bearers were Henry Wilderman, D. Frens, Nick de Graff, Albert Flier, John Vande Streek, and Arthur Nummerdor.
