He is survived by his parents, Joy Ann Avila and Zachary Van Buren of Waupun; sisters, Kayle and Olivia; maternal grandparents, Guillermo “Willy” and Joy Ann Avila of Waupun; paternal grandparents, Martin and Norma Van Buren of Waupun; maternal great-grandparents, Delores St. Mary of Mayville and Manual and Felipa Avila of Mexico; paternal great-grandmother, Doris Birkholz of Waupun; aunts and uncles; cousins; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandfather, John St. Mary; paternal great-grandparents, Melvin and Alice Van Buren; paternal great-grandfather, Norman Zills; paternal step-great-grandfather, Lyle Birkholz.
