I earned my PhD degree (December 2000) from New Mexico State University located in Las Cruces, New Mexico. My major is in Electrical Engineering, with interest in: Telecom, DSP, and Soft Computing. I got my master degree in Electrical Engineering from West Coast University located in Los Angeles, California and my bachelor degree in Electromechanical Engineering from Ecole Nationale D'Ingenieurs de Tunis (ENIT) in Tunisia.

RESEARCH INTERESTS

During my PhD program, my dissertation work was in the area of applied Neural Network and Fuzzy logic to Image recognition. I did my work under the supervision of Dr. Nadipuram R. Prasad.
My research interests are the application of Digital Signal Processing techniques including, Digital Communications, pattern recognition, soft computing, neural nets, and Fuzzy logic. After graduation, I worked for the Boeing company from February 2001 until August 2008, then moved to Raytheon .
