| Since May of 1991, Gavi Italian Restaurant has sparked in three different locations in the city of Tucson, in the state of Arizona. Creator as well as chef, Gaetano (Gavi) Colaleo, is proud to bring these businesses and outstanding foods to America, from his homecountry of Italy. Needless to say, and just by the taste of the wonderful meals he serves at all three restaurants, food and the art of cooking have been essential elements all throughout Gavi's life.
