BELOW..IS A PHOTO OF A NEW SCOOTER JUST RELEASED FOR 2001 IT HAS THE SAME SEAT SUGGESTED BACK IN Sept.8th, 1995 IN 'THE STREET RAG'SKETCH.It also battery powered by an electric motor(mounted as shown on the back wheel with a gear reduction drive). The one below that in the sketch instead and as mentioned has magnets around both wheels on both sides with coils affixed to the forks and minimizing the extra drive components.

(IMAGE NO.17d) The electric scooter in the picture above was from 'The street rag' Issue No. 102 page 1 of Sept.8th,95.It depicts a traveller sitting or standing with a swap battery in a back pack or/and even two others mounted on the steering post.As suggested in the following issue,battery exchange stations (see the following image) could be,like the old milk vending machines, be located all over the town or country for quick swaps. (IMAGE NO.17e)Like the electric scooter in the upper picture, a roller blader is also using a quick swap battery for propelling himself. He is at a vending machine which provides recharged batteries .The users do not own them they only pay for a recharge fee and when depleted return to that or any other vending machine later to replace that one or others depending on quantity needed for their vehicles. An original deposit fee of a given amount($25-- returned when no longer ever required) per battery would permit anyone who wants to access these machines to swap batteries in the future. A dollar fee for exchange may be an approximate figure depending on the size of the 'standard' battery selected.Quantities to acquire various voltages to match that required by any vehicle who may have 6, 12, 24 volts would require a hook-up to put them in series to obtain whatever the vehicle requires.It would not, or should not affect the permanent batteries already installed in any type vehicle be it an electric bike, a supermarket motorized shopping cart,a handicap electric wheelchair , golf carts etc. etc. the possibilities are endless. Sometime soon we'll realize there's just as much ,if not more, opprtunities to grow if we standardize (globally)our products for interfacing with other applications. A meeting of the minds by all interested manufacturers who want to participate in this infrastructure here or abroad must get together . So let's call a meeting.It's in the billions.$$$$$(cont)
