Jenny Lamy was a junior prodigy in Australian sprint events in the mid 1960s.  Lamy won a bronze medal at 200m in her only Olympic Games in 1968.

She won a rare 'three-peat' of Commonwealth Games relay Gold medals, running in Australia's successful teams of 1966, 1970 and 1974.
