I am a great lover of the outdoors, and outdoor pursuits. Many things grab my attention: wildflowers blooming, the smell of the pine forest, owls hooting in the trees, and the sound of the river flowing, crashing on the banks.
Nothing is more dramatic than a thunderstorm, complete with lightning. It sends shivers down my spine, as I stare in awe at the wonder of nature.
There is much beauty around us, all we have to do is take the time . Stop, look and listen. Much easier said than done in this chaotic world we live in.

One of my other passions in life is weight training. I am a firm believer in improving one's body to the best of one's ability. I enjoy the personal challenge of my workouts, the mental and physical effort involved, and of course, the end result of all that blood, sweat and tears.
