When you place your arms around me
I fall into a dream
And for a while nothing matters
But the sound of the rippling stream
I sit and look into the water
like reflections through the glass
At the shadows in the fading light
Dancing merrily drifting past
Filled with wonder and delight
Magic daydreams floating high
Clothed in silk and satin dresses
Cotton clouds in the sky
Long and lustrous tresses
And this and more, you make me feel
Whenever you are near.
You are my wonder, my ideal
My loving husband ever dear
