I am composed from a mixture of my own ancestry.
Drawn up so to speak, from those on my family tree.
As I was born I was then added into the family line.
Those to be born after will inherit something of mine.
Unknown if it will be my nose, mouth, or blue green eyes.
It’s in the DNA and genes to which that answer lies.
So though my life will end, a part of me will live.
The part of me I pass along, the piece of me I give.
