Jerry Riches "The Answer"

It speaks to me and says, 
"I am the answer to the questions."

It speaks to me in my dreams,
"Think of the questions of man and woman,
All the puzzles of the past;  
I am it. The answer."

"When you made the pyramids,
I am there. My answer was there then, 
And is now."

"The great wall was mine. 
Name it and I am there, answering."

The ancients spoke of fire and air,
Earth and water, but left out the answer.
Spirit is the fifth element,
And it says, "I am it, I fill the blank. 
Open the door, 
Let the secret loose to the universe."

"All seek me, few find me." 
And the answer came to me, 
"There is no answer, only more questions.
That is the answer all seekers seek."

It speaks to me, and thee, eternally.
It goes on, the cycle, and God smiles knowlingly,
The answer lives on,
Always, 
In the questions.
