Blazes like a morning star
In glimmering midnight,
The fiery burn in my heart,
Sleeping soundly like a toddler.
A glassy stream, trickling
Through my soul,
Whistling love tunes,
Rocking the baby to her dream.
Silence, a whispering bee,
Playful in the lonesome meadow,
Fireflies, darting above,
Illuminates heaven’s lawn.
A dazzling halo, dangling above my head,
Shiny like gold;
The air, warm without the summer breeze,
Lifting my body to the quiet magenta cloud.
