Creative Gem Enterprises was established in 2004 by LaToya Parnell to consolidate her various companies under one umbrella. Gem Publishing and Design was established in 2000 to accommodate the need for creative and quick publishing documents for co-workers and friends. The Web design aspect was added as a hobby to Gem Publishing and Design in 2003. Something Blue, the second of her companies was established in 2002. Her interest in wanting to make a beautiful and stress-free day for the Bride and Groom within their budget is the catalyst for this venture. Now she is reaching further with her premiere project, Isys Clothing. Isys is for the laid back girl, with a need to say something without saying a word. It's fashionable and fun and where the runway meets reality. In 2004 she partnered with her sisters, Dionne and April to promote their gift company, D&A Gifts and Designs. Along with her sisters, she coordinates and promotes events. In 2002 they produced a fashion show and cabaret. Currently, LaToya is busy starting-up her businesses while working and raising a family. She is ready to help you bring your design needs to life.
