Answer: No, because the prevailing wind is too strong and the fetch is long, it is not suitable to construction a new Ferry Pier in Tung Wan

The function of the breakwaters is : weaken the strength of the wind also Ferries can be parked there during typhoon.
Water becomes polluted at the rubbish thrown out by the Ferry accumulated in front of the breakwaters affected the quality of water along the coastal areas.
