This is something I found whilst browsing the internet, it is really good, you should read it
I wonder how many of "you" made New Year's Resolutions that included the word DIET? Did you stay up one night and plan the perfect ratio of calories burned to calories consumed? Did you plot on your calender how many days it would take until you reached your goal? Did you circle the date with a big red marker?

Three, four, seven days later did you find yourself eating out of control? Did you punish yourself by endless hours of exercies, an overdose of laxatives or by throwing up the food your body most desperately needed?

Did you proceed to beat yourself up for being a pathetic, weak, out of control, stupid, a lose, fat, worthless, ugly, a failure.... a failure...again. Did you calm your racing heart by sitting down with your calender again to start all over again? Did you think to yourself, "its a better diet this time, I WONT chear, this time. I can do it, this time."

Only to find yourself clinging to the edge of your toliet the very next day?
