| Adult Leadership Pin This is a round yellow pin with an owl centered above a series of small holes. Each hole is for the addition of leaves that are added for continuous training course time. All adult volunteers who complete the mandatory training: New Volunteer Orientation, Basic Leadership, Age-Level Leadership Courses, and Diversity Awareness I; or New Volunteer Orientation, First Aid/CPR Training and /or OPF Outdoor Program facilitator training have earned this pin.
