The Flower and the Sun
A flower sitting on a hill is warmed by the sun,
And beacause of that, they both have fun
They enjoy each moment as the time goes by
Until a cloud gets in the way causing the flower to die
As it sits upon the lonely hill,
It is surrounded by air that's cold and still,
And the sun can't do anything but hide
Even though the sun's warmth is needed by the flower's side
And as the flower is cold as ice,
It's chances of surviving is a role of the dice,
But a wind pushes the dark cloud away
Making the it again a sunny day
You are the sun, and I am the flower,
And my feelings for you can't stop the cloud's power
I need you to help me push the cloud away
So our warmth and joy will forever stay
Back to Boredom
