My Passion In Print

Luck could not interpret this treasure I've attained
This love I've acquired, this warmth I have gained
Buried beneath physical demeanor and attire
Lies an unexplainable sensation of desire

Years I have envisioned living this dream
Moments consumed with an adventurous gleam
Of a second in time when I'd enact my affection
A prospect of expressing my suppressed ambition

Talents and gifts to each are bestowed
Disclosing our potential, to God is owed
For I have discovered so much through sharing
The peace, the strength, the grandeur in caring

Finally I've surrendered my apprehensions and fears
My soul has awaken through laughter and tears
My spirit is free now to proclaim how I feel
This passion for writing so vivid, so real

God has empowered me to be an inspiration
Who am I to withhold this Divine Intervention?
I'll gladly embrace this awesome commission
A voice of motivation to all who might listen
