TYPICAL
DINNERS (on a previous shake-down trip; they all tasted pretty good):

night; Rotini with Italian sausage, courgette, basil & tomato sauce with
pesto.

night; white rice with green beans, lentils, curry & ginger and fresh
trout.
3rd
night; brown rice with lentils, green beans, basil, garlic & pepperoni.
4th
night; brown rice with chickpeas, tomato basil sauce, garlic, medley of veggies
(green beans & courgette)
