Glen Rose House is like having your own vacation home in Glen Rose, Texas. The house was built in the early 1900's, and has recently been lovingly restored by the present owners. Located on three acres, it seems like you are out in the country yet the historic town square and Paluxy River are just a couple of blocks away. Stroll among our beautiful live oaks and elms or down to the creek running along the back of the property. Perfect for a romantic weekend, family getaway, or fun with friends. |
The house can accommodate up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children. Queen bed in master bedroom. Twin bed with trundle bed and toddler bed in second bedroom. All linens and towels provided. Full kitchen with microwave, bath with tub and shower, dining, and living rooms. Central air and heat, ceiling fans, and hardwood floors. TV/VCR but no phone to interrupt! B-B-Q pit for your use. Well-behaved children welcome! Complimentary Starbucks coffee, tea, and soft drinks. Watch a movie from our video collection. We also supply the popcorn and soda! Have your morning coffee on our front porch. Stroll among the live oaks and elms, play ball in the back yard, or wander down to the creek. House is decorated in vintage and Texas style. |

It's Bluebonnet season! We are in bloom! (See photos above for our beautiful bluebonnets.) We welcome families for Spring Break! Ladies, stay with us for your weekend antique hunt! If you are attending an EXPO Center event, we are just minutes away!! Rates for the house: $139.00 per night + tax Friday and Saturday. $129.00 per night + tax Sunday thru Thursday. We prefer a two night minimum but can be flexible, just ask! Credit card to hold reservation. Personal checks accepted. 7 day cancellation policy. No smoking please.
