About CIC

CIC is a haven for individuals who are focused on acquiring excellent communication skills in English within the context of intercultural convergence. We believe that the study of language is also the study of people and culture. CIC does not limit a participant's learning experience to absolute academic pursuits but also advances a participant's interactive and interpersonal skills.

At the moment, CIC -Baguio, Philippines is working closely with CIC-Pappelweg, Germany. The liaison hopes to achieve a wholistic exchange of resources, learning methodologies, and intercultural instruction.

We are also now working with CIC Korea, CIC Taiwan, and CIC Japan in our effort to make a broader international network for students within the Asian region. As a result, students from different parts of Asia as well as in Europe can converge and take part in the different programs offered by CIC.
