Living on the edge of the world Why lament over the loss of millions of African lives aboard slave ships now sleeping at the bottom of the Ocean and lying in wait beneath the earth of our Island? They await the day when we meet again in triumph and victory over the terrainy of yester year. We, the free children of these reluctant heroes assume the inheritance of those who died that we might be free. Living on the edge of the world is a tribute to our African descendents, our lament to claim the gift and rights of passage they were not allowed to have as slaves living in anger.
