Welcome to the home page of Gary McKinney, a manufacturing and service professional resident of Sacramento, California.  

My previous experience was Branch Process Manager for Flint Ink overseeing manufacturing operations, where I greatly enjoyed using my engineering skills in process improvement. I also have extensive experience in supply chain and production planning/scheduling.   This was an exciting opportunity because of the small size of the operation, my duties covered the breadth of the business in addition to overseeing manufacturing and distribution.  I was able to work with a team of employees to achieve a record production and sales level of 3 million pounds with almost a quarter fewer employees.

I am a skilled results-oriented manager in manufacturing operations, engineering, and supply chain fields.    My experiences provides me a unique blend of business, manufacturing operations, and process improvement skills.  I deliver a solid performance with a track record for improving financial results through cost cutting, strategic planning, and aggressive project management.     Click here to email me.
