Left orphaned by the killing hands of man, Daigoro cried in hunger. Pleading for anyone to hear its screams. Only one man stood up to that call. He pitied the child, and so took the infant as his own. He carried Daigoro from the ruined city, and raised the creature on an island. However he came to the conclusion over the years, that he could not do it alone. Daigoro was becoming too big for him to take care of by himself. The feedings were becoming unruly. So he had to enlist in the help of a local Japanese marketing chain. They were granted the permission to use Daigoro as a store icon for children, if they took care of the monsters feedings. The owner of the business was more than happy to oblige, and in fact, wanted to make Daigoro his own recipe. Needless to say when the time came, Daigoro spit it out. He hated the man's food. Which in turn, angered him greatly. He wanted to even break the contract he had, until Goliath appeared. Everyone coward among the rocks, as the two monsters fought. But the cobalt saurian was too much, and left for dead the savior of Earth in the lapping seas. Days passed while humanity nursed the child back to health. They even tried to give the animal some fighting tips. Daigoro practiced daily, even managing to summon up enough strength to release his family's fire. It would not be long before the day of judgment would come.
The sun rose as it would any other day, but soon it would show the world a war. Charging from the seas, Goliath battled the recharged Daigoro. Striking with fists of iron, and burning with bolts of hell, it looked like Daigoro would perish. But the carefree youth was pushed beyond his limits. Summoning his last ounce of strength, Daigoro breathed forth his scarlet flames, sending them to bath the enemy of life. And once and for all, stopping the monster dead in its tracks.
