| Gabara (Godzilla's Revenge (1969)) Height: 58 meters Weight: 23,000 metric tons (25,300 tons) Powers/Special Powers: Electric shock grip History/Origin: Gabara is a giant ogre that stalks the jungles of Monster Island, tormenting Minya. Every time they met, Minya tried to defeat Gabara but was unable to do so, being defeated by the beast's electric bolts time and time again. Finally, after some help by Ichiro, Gabara was finally defeated by the Son of Godzilla. Gabara then tried to take on Godzilla himself, and did fairly well, until Godzilla judo flipped him over his shoulder. Having had enough, Gabara retreated into the jungle and hasn't been heard from again. Power: *** out of ***** Gabara is stronger than given credit for, but he has one terrible weakness: cowardice. The second things start to look bad for him in battle, Gabara will instantly retreat. However, his powerful shock attack, unleashed from his fingers, is quite strong and even stunned Godzilla for a moment. Gabara has the potential to become a worthy opponent for Godzilla, but as he is, he is only a mediocre beast. |
