Nail - The most powerful Namekian warrior is Nail with a power level of approximately 42,000 compared to other Namekian fighters who have a power of around 3,000 he takes on Frieza as a distraction so that the Z Fighters can summon the dragon and he is beaten horribly and left to die when Frieza finds out but he comes across Piccolo and convinces him to merge with him. Piccolo then goes to fight Frieza with his new strength.
Namol - One of Frieza's henchman in the anime who Frieza kills because Namol second guessed his decision to call the Ginyu Force to the Planet Namek. He was a human-looking henchman with light brown hair who wore Saiyan armour. Actually I'm not sure if his name is Namol as Frieza only said his name once and although it sounded like Namol it could be something entirely different..
Nappa - An elite Saiyan born on the planet Vegeta he came to Earth with him to collect the dragonballs and fought the Z warrors who were all kicked by him. However when Goku showed up he had no chance and Vegeta realising this promptly destroyed him. When he died he was 50 years old and had a power level of 4,000.
Narig (Kirano) - A handsome, blonde male competitor in the 28th Tenkaichi Budokai who has his own group of cheering female fans. He was supposed to face off against Captain Chicken but he runs off after seeing Vegeta easily KO Knock.
Nikki - One of Garlic Juniors henchmen in DBZ Movie 1, Dead Zone who has a taste for alcoholic apples. He doesn't look it but he's a powerful fighter. He's eventually killed by Goku.
North Supreme Kai (North Kaioshin) - The Supreme Kai who originally looked after the northern part of the universe. He lived a quiet, peaceful life on the holy planet of Kaioshin Kai, millions of years before Dragonball began, where he seemed to enjoy fishing before Majin Buu showed up and killed him. While this character's existence is confirmed in the manga, he's not actually seen in it. He was only seen (very briefly) in the anime.

Old Kai (Rou Kaioshin) - An ancient Supreme Kai sealed in the Z Sword by an evil magician 15 generations ago. Apparently, Kai's live a realllllllly long time since he was sealed in the sword around 75 million B.C. Old Kai is released from the Z sword when Gohan shatters it while testing it on hard materials.Old Kai then begins his power-up spell on Gohan, however, he needed a little impetus, (Goku offered him nude pictures of Bulma although in the English version he offers him a kiss from Bulma). Old Kai is able to do magic because he is fused with a witch by the power of the potara earings.
Olibu - A big hulking compeditor in the Other World Tournament from Earth that looks like Hercules. He's strong and he gets far in the tournament before losing to Pikkon. He and Goku become friends
Oolong - Oolong is another perverted character who also happens to be a pig. He played a large role in Dragonball but in DBZ he just shows up from time to time. His favourite hobby is collecting womens underwear. He was born in the year 740 AD.
Oren - One of Frieza's hechman is the orange alien Oren. Oren is an interesting character because although he didn't appear in the manga the things he does do appear in the manga except they are done by Appule (another henchman). Obviously when creating the anime they wanted to have Frieza kill Appule except that Appule dies later on so they altered the character and he became Oren when he was introduced so Oren does all of Appule's bits until Oren is killed by Frieza at which point Frieza calls for Appule and then Appule walks in....Anyway Oren is the sole survivor of Frieza's weaker henchman (in other words not Zarbon and Dodoria) that travel round the planet searching for Dragonballs after the three Namek warriors killed the rest. Zarbon sends Oren to look for Namek villages but the village Oren finds has been destroyed (by Vegeta) so Oren goes back to the ship and tells Frieza who then kills him...
Otokosuki - An outrageously gay compeditior in the 28th Tenckaichi Budokai Otokosuki is mainly in the story for humor purposes as he keeps hitting on his opponent, Trunks. Otokosuki is dressed "macho man" style, in full leather. Otokosuki is Japanese for "I like men".
Ox-King (Gyaou Mao) - Despite his threatening sounding name he is really quite harmless and fun loving. Ox-King is Chi Chi's father and Goku's father-in-law he's also very strong and trained with Master Roshi.

Papoi - South Kai's best student who looks like a giant blue Italian chef, South Kai claims Papoi could mop the floor with Goku but after South Kai sees Goku with ten ton weights on his arms on legs zipping round like lighting he decides Papoi shouldn't waste his time fighting Goku...
Pan - Pan is Gohan and Videl's daughter, (thus Goku's granddaughter), born in the year 779 A.D. She competes in the 28th Tenkaichi Budokai when she's only five years old and proves that she definitely has her father's blood in her by completely wrecking her opponents, (even Goten!). In Dragonball GT Pan is ten years old and even stronger. She wants to journey into space to search for the black Satr dragonballs with Goku, Trunks and Goten so much that she launches the spaceship before Goten is on board! This early launch causes trouble for the gang.
Paragus - Paragus is the father of Brolli who is seen in DBZ Movie 8. While he still lived on Planet Vegeta, he was punished by King Vegeta for being the father of Brolli with death. He was thrown away like trash along-side his son, and left to die. However, Brolli's power was so strong, it kept Paragus alive, and helped him and his father survive in space when Frieza blew up Planet Vegeta. When he and his son safely landed on a planet, he made a full recovery and plotted his revenge. He would kill the son of King Vegeta by controlling Brolli's incredible power with a device worn on his hand and on Brolli's head. at the end of the movie, Paragus is crushed to death by his own son, and then incinerated in a comet.
Piccolo - Piccolo is the re-incarnation of his father Piccolo Daimoau. He first appears in DBZ to help Goku defeat Raditz which he does (and kills Goku in the process) he then trains his son Gohan and becomes attached to him and when the Saiyans arrive he sacrifices himself to save Gohan's. Later on Piccolo is wished back and merges with Nail so he can fight Form 2 Frieza this give him a power level of 800,000 he does quite well until Frieza goes to Form 3. In the Android saga he remerges with Kami and becomes the true Piccolo. After fusing with Kami Piccolo becomes philosophical than he usually is and lives at Kami's Lookout. Throughout Dragonball Gohan has a special place in his heart.
Pigero - The 15 year old leader of the orphans who defends them from the orphanage however at the end of the episode he lets them be taken away as it would be better for them.
Pikkon (Paikuhan, Pikehan) - West Kai's best student at the Other World Tournament Pikkon is a great fighter with some awesome moves like the Hyper Tornado and Thunder flash. He's nearly as strong as Goku and faces him in the finals of the Tournament. He's eventually defeated by Goku but only just. His personality is similar to Piccolo's and Goku notices the resemblance.
Pilaf - The great and wonderful Emperor Pilaf! Pilaf is a monster midget who shows up from time to time in Dragonball and always stirs up trouble of some sort. His goal is to rule the world, (with the help of his loyal assistants Shuu and Mai), and he comes close to realizing his dream several times, but his plans are always thwarted by Goku at the last minute, (sometimes by mistake). He's a re-occuring character in Dragonball and shows up nearly twice as much in the anime. He weighs 71 lbs. and his height is.......well, he doesn't wish to diclose it. Although he doesn't appear at all in DBZ in Dragonball GT he scales Kami's lookout to get the Black Star Dragonballs but Goku finds him, as he is about to make his wish and Pilaf says how he wishes Goku was a kid again so Pilaf could beat him and Shenron mistakes this for a wish and turns Goku into a kid again starting the whole story of GT.
Pintar (Punta) - A huge Turkish compeditor in the 25th World Tournament who fights Krillin in the finals. He bad mouths Krillin a lot before the match as he is about ten times Krillin's size and believes Krillin's a wuss. Krillin's so embarassed about fighting such a weak guy that he k'oes him with a single punch with his eyes closed.
Piroshiki (Piroshki) - One of Mr Satans students who fights in the Cell Games. He's a large guy the size of a wild boar but he was no match for Cell
Princess Snake - A princess that lives on snakeway she became the princess in 739 BC and tried to capture Goku and steal his heart but he was too loyal to his family so she turned into a giant fire breathing snake and tryed to eat him.
Porunga (Super Shenron) - The Namekian Dragon, Porunga is five times bigger than Shenron, The Earth's Dragon. The advantages are that he can grant three wishes not one, he can grant the same wish more than once and it takes only 153 days (one Namek year) to be able the balls to be used again. The disadvantages is that you can only bring back one person per wish and if his creator (Guru) dies they dissapear. Porunga's shape was based on a figure Guru saw in a dream. When Guru dies the guardianship of the dragonballs is given to Muuri who upgrades the dragon to resurrect more than one person per wish
Pu'ar - Puar is Yamcha's shape shifting cat friend, he was born in the year 740 AD and met Yamcha in 747 AD. Yamcha and Puar were desert bandits who robbed people who walked through the desert. Puar can shape shift into any form he likes and can in that form for as long as he likes but his strength is not increased and he can't change into anything that can get used up (like food)
Pui Pui - The guardian of the first floor of Babidi's ship he comes from planet Zun where the gravity is ten times that of Earths. Babidi creates the arena they fight Pui Pui in to resemble Zun with the gravity the same as Zun. Babidi did this expecting the Z fighters to find it difficult to move but as we all know they've trained in gravity 400 times Earths gravity and Vegeta kills him easily.

Raditz (Raditsu) - Goku's older brother who is one of the four survivors of the destruction of the planet vegeta he comes to Earth to force Goku into the planet conquering business but Goku refuses so Raditz kidnaps his son Gohan and tells him that Gohan will die if he does not kill 100 humans by tommorow. Of course Goku refuses and teams up with arch rival Piccolo to take on the evil Saiyan and after a fight which they both seem to be losing Piccolo reveals he has a new attack and in order to defeat Raditz Goku garbs hold and Piccolo fires the Special Beam cannon through both of them but Raditz has the last laugh as he reveals that two stronger saiyans are coming to Earth in one year......
Raichi (Raati) - A mind altering alien who tries to trap Gohan, Krillin and Bulma on a desolate by clouding their minds and then stealing their ship with his friend Zakuro. His plans are halted by Gohan and Krillin.
Rakasei - One of the tiny purple twins in the Tree of Might who worked for Turles. Killed by Goku
Raochyuu - An old man that of Chazkye village takes care of the orphaned girl Lime. Although he's old he's actually quite skilled in the martial arts as is proven when he takes on General Tao
Raisin - One of Turles' henchmen and the second of the purple twins in theTree of Might
Recoome (Rikum, Reacoom) - Recoome is one of the stongest members of the Ginyu Force and also the cockiest. He has a power level of 40,000 and with this manages to kick Vegeta, Gohan and Krillin's ass. He is later K'oed by Goku and killed by Vegeta.
Romu - A little boy who finds Gohan stranded on a beach when he escapes from his wilderness training. He takes him to a place where he sleeps until he wakes up. Romu and Gohan become good friends..
