Vegeta now healed is easily able to fry Kui. I got Vegeta's hidden power level because Kui says "my power level is way higher than yours" also Kui's level was probably higher than Vegeta's before he went to Earth hence Kui's level at 19,000. I previously displayed Vegeta's hidden level as 16,000 but Kui already knew (like Dodoria) that Vegeta's power level was at 18,000 so Vegeta probably kept it at that

The Nameks shock Frieza and his henchmen with their ability to hide their power levels from the scouters. The Namek fighters easily destroy Frieza's henchmen but Dodoria and Zarbon are too much for them. While the Namek elder (Muuri) destroys the remaining scouters. Dende's brother, Kargo (his named was left out of the English version) is kiled by Dodoria and Dende escapes thanks to Krillin and Gohan.

If you are wondering why Vegeta's level lowered (from 35,000) it said in the original manga (comic) his level was 20,000 but this didn't make much sense so the anime (tv series) made it "almost 30,000" as for an explanation why the level is lower it is probably because he was tired after defeating Zarbon and flying around etc

In Goku's body Captain Ginyu is a lot weaker than he thought he would be. This means that Krillin, Gohan, Vegeta and Goku in Ginyu's body are able to take him on thanks to this they are able to defeat Captain Ginyu and Goku gets his body back while Captain Ginyu ends up in the body of a frog!

This battle occured while Krillin and Gohan were fighting Captain Ginyu in Goku's body. Vegeta declares he is a Super Saiyan which of course he is not but despite that he still manages to vaporise Jeice. Vegeta then goes on to fight Captain Ginyu in Goku's body.

Frieza (form 1): 530,000
In this fight Frieza attempts to get the password for the dragonballs off Nail. Nail is the strongest Namek (not including Piccolo) but he doesn't even put a scratch on Frieza. Frieza leaves Nail to go and get the dragonballs after Nail reveals he was acting as a diversion leaving Nail to die.

Well the fight with Frieza has finally begun with Vegeta taking on Frieza. Vegeta is quite good against form one Frieza but then he transforms.... Vegeta benifited from his rest causing his power to double. Frieza and Vegeta's grasping hands proves that form one Frieza and Vegeta are not equal as after it Vegeta was tired while Frieza acted like it had never happened
Gohan and Krillin vs. Frieza (form 2)

After Krillin is impaled by Form 2 Frieza's horns. Gohan gets angry and takes Frieza down! (at least for a while) During this time Krillin is healed and leads Frieza on a wild goose chase enabling Dende to heal Gohan. Gohan would of gained a large power increase from this and Krillin a smaller one.

After merging with Nail, Piccolo arrives at the battlefield. Piccolo is a good match for form 2 Frieza but after his transforms Piccolo is no match for Frieza and almost bites the dust. Piccolo's level when he arrived was probably a quarter of what it was when he was merged with Nail. The power level verses Frieza may seem low but Piccolo is an extremely good fighter and thanks to Nail he is able to anticipate Frieza's attacks. Piccolo's power level probably raised slightly after he removed his weighted clothing and it is extremely likely his level raised after he was healed by Dende.
Gohan vs. Frieza (form 3)

Again Gohan demonstrates his awesome power with his blasts against form 3 Frieza when again temporarily takes Frieza down (but not out).
Vegeta vs Frieza (2nd time)

Frieza (form 4 - 33.33%): 4,000,000
After being healed by Dende, Vegeta gains a great power boost and believes that he is now a Super Saiyan (which he might of been if he had had a motivating factor) but Frieza takes him down to size even though he is only using a fraction of his power.
Tien, Yamcha and Chaozu vs. Ginyu Force

This battle is one of two that happens when Goku fights Frieza. It occurs as King Kai requests the dead Ginyu force (minus the captain) to help train Tien, Yamcha and Chaozu. In the battle Chaozu defeats Guldo, Yamcha beats Recoome and Tien beats both Burter and Jeice. I think these levels are pretty accurate

In a very lengthy battle Goku finally becomes a Super Saiyan and defeats Frieza. As you can see most of the power levels are official but there is some explaining to do. Goku never fights Frieza with his base level of 300,000 - he starts with his kaioken x10. Also Frieza never fights Goku with his power level at 1% (which would be 120,000) - it was a bluff!I have also been to many sites which list Goku's spirit bomb as 10,000,000 well that is impossible as at the time Frieza's power level was only at 70% (8,400,000) which means he would of died which is why it says he has a level of 7,000,000
