Crazy Laws! ... and other oddities ...

Did you know that it is against Florida Law for unmarried couples to cohabit? (Unmarried to each other, of course, not their potential spouses.)

Florida Statutes (CHAPTER 798: ADULTERY; COHABITATION) define the law here. [798.01 Living in open adultery. and 798.02 Lewd and lascivious behavior, which refers to cohabitation, not flashing or exposing ones' self like a flasher.] Here is the reference. According to US CODE, TITLE 50, CHAPTER 32, Section 1520, the US Government has the right to do biological testing on humans without consent, so long as they notify, say, the local dog catcher.
