| GRACE Cares, Inc. was created by Kenneth Giancola, Zoe Kopp, and Thom Namaya in the summer of 2002. It is guided and run by a Board of Directors consisting of 6 members. GRACE Cares is a Vermont-based 501(c)3 tax-exempt charitable organization.
