So who is Lt Graham Simmons?

Oh my god! I cannot believe you don't know who this man is?? Are you insane? Oh.. no, you're probably NOT insane at all.. perhaps only I am!!

Lieutenant Graham Simmons is a character that has appeared in about four Stargate episodes. He is portrayed most handsomely by gorgeous Canadian actor, Tobias Mehler (Man, even his real name is gorgeous, but I digress!!!) who has appeared in many other television movies etc. If you're interested in finding out more about Tobias then visit THIS page.

A sweet character. Sometimes a tad dopey and, seemingly, a little shy. Graham Simmons is a Technician. He is one of the voices you hear calling "Chevron Six, Engaged. Chevron Seven, Locked!" over the loud speakers. Why do they announce it to the world? I simply don't know. Perhaps the people fussing around with the MALP on the ramp can't count and need to be reminded that the gate is about to explode in a swirl of whitishblue light with enough force to disintegrate things in front of it - but only when they want it to. Other times they can leave a MALP on the ramp while the gate opens and nothing happens to it. Oh well, semantics!

And while I'm hung up on semantics, I ought to point out that I'm not even that sure the writers are sure this man's name. Why do I question it? Ever heard of Walter Harriman? Apparently neither had some of the new writers because when actor Gary Jones returned to Stargate to resume his role of The Technician Formerly Known as Walter Harriman, he had a different name. Something Davies.

As I captured images of sweet little 'Grae' (as I affectionately call him) I noticed his name badge seems a smidge too looooong for the simple name "Simmons" and I was left to tremble with worry - have I gotten his name wrong all along? Where DID I get his name from in the first place? Oh yeah, Message in a Bottle. Sam Carter calls him by name, and Daniel teases her mercilessly about the sweetheart with a crush.

I will discuss the debacle of this 'crush' in my wonderfully witty write up of Message in a Bottle... Only I don't have Message in a Bottle write up.. so you lose out, unfortunately! *snerk* Still, no doubt I'll make my thoughts clear on this topic well enough throughout this website - I usually do :)

Graham Simmons. Oh, who would look elsewhere once these chocolate-brown eyes fell upon them anyway? Not I.. Need further convincing? Look at the lovely images scrolling below. Just to prove that Graham is the sweetheart that I think he is, if you wish to stop his movements at any time, just to sit and drool a while, then gently caress his face with your mouse button and he will stop for you. If you want him to resume his scrolling, simply move your mouse from his face. Simple :) A bit like Graham, really! Bless him!
