Note: I know this mobile suit was used by Raymond Bishop, the butler to Neo-France's de Sand family. However, the model number "NEL" is the same as on Neo-England's Gundam Fighters. I would suspect that the "Butler" MS is actually manufactured in Neo-England, but available for export elsewhere. The 'butler' is a very British notion. It is also possible that, given that Raymond Bishop is not a French name but simply sounds British, that R. Bishop took this mobile suit with him when he went to work for the de Sand family. Or perhaps the de Sand's bought this MS from Neo-England in order for R. Bishop to spar with George de Sand, now Neo-France's Gundam Fighter. |
