As you may know by now, my name is Bobbie. My real name is Barbara
Ann, but I've always been called Bobbie. I was born & grew up in a very small rural
area in Tennessee. I am very fortunate to have a big family. I have two sisters & four
brothers & a great Mom & Dad! I have many many memories of my childhood years, all
very precious to me. I quit school at age 16 & got married. ( I know, I know!! Pretty
young, huh?) I did go back to school & get my high school diploma! :o) As for the
marriage ......well, it's been 30 years now! :o) It hasn't always been a "bed of roses", but
we're still here, we're still married, & we still love each other! :o) My husband,
Arvil, was also born & grew up in the same area I did. We both love it here & will
stay here, I suppose! We have one beautiful daughter, Jeannie, who is married now, so we
also received a wonderful son, Troy! Troy had a son, Chris, when he & Jeannie married.
Then Jeannie & Troy had two, Andrew & Chase! So we have three beautiful grandsons
that we love dearly! They are the sunshine in Granny & Papa's lives! Chris lives in
another state, so we don't get to see him that often, :o( but we do see the other two just about every day. My
favorite hobbies are Family Outings, Reading, Genealogy, Camping, & the
Computer! :o) I also love the ABC soaps. Am I boring you yet? lol
Before I
hush, I would like to say that God & my Family are the most important factors in my
life. Friends are next! God has blessed me tremendously with Family & Friends!
~ I am
Blessed!~

~ My Hideaway ~
With every flower in this land
My life is filled with blooms
That hides beyond a quiet place
Where all my hopes do loom
Though it's hard to see the door
Hidden from your view
The scent of lovely flowers
Will surely beckon you
You will
find tomorrow
Your dreams will all come true
Joy will linger in your heart
Peace will come to you
Come and share my hideaway
Follow sweetest path
Everlasting beauty
Love is yours at last.
