Bee Line Dragway was home to the AHRA Winter Nationals. They moved the Winternationals to Tucson Dragway in February 1976.

My first and only trip to Bee Line was in January 1974 for the AHRA Winternationals. Here are some pictues from that year's race.

1st Round, Joe Satmary's "We Haul" was defeated by Bob Glidden

I Believe the car in the far lane is Gene Snow. Is the Yellow Vega Don Schumacher's?

In the Top Fuel catagory:

A pair of Top Fuel Dragsters

I think "Big Daddy" Don Garlits is in the near lane... anybody know for sure who they are?

In the Wheelstander catagory:

Corvette Wheelstander

This is the former Bob Perry "Fugitive" Corvette driven by Tom McNeely.
