P.X. people

Opened in 78 by Helen Robinson and Steph Rayner,  it became,  along with World´ End,  the place for all New Romantics to pruchase their frilly shirts.  At its height,  PX offered velvet suits,  pigskin Robin Hood laced  jackets,  then the ragged and frilly hippy look.  With Steve Strange as mannequim and shop assistant and Stephen Jones millinery delights in the basement from 1980 onwards,  it became a daytime haunt for allthe Blitz kids.  The Endell Street shop closed in ´86. back to.PX.  menu
