"'Every  word  of  God  is  flawless;  He  is  a  shield  to  those  who  take  refuge  in  Him.' (Proverbs 30:5)

If  there's  one  thing  I've  learned  in  life;  it's  you  have  to  go  to  the  source.   God  is  the  ultimate  source  of  everything  that  matters!   God  has  given  us  the  greatest  resource  available,  the  Bible.   Can  I  get  an  amen?   I  would  urge  every  single person  reading  this  to  become  conversant  in  what  the  Bible  contains.   Notice  I  did  not  say  to  merely  repeat  what  you  heard  it  contains  but  go  to  the  source!   When  you  come  to  know  the  one,  true,  living  God  through  His  word,  you  are  literally  transformed  into  a  new  creation  in  Christ.   If  you  drink  from  the  spring  of  eternal  life,  you'll  realize  how  spiritually  blind  you  were  and  will  never  want  to  return  to  the  confusion  and  junk  from  whence  you  came.   I  recommend  you  start  by  reading  the  gospel  of  John,  which  is  the  fourth  book  in  the  New  Testament.   Read  it  with  an  open  mind.   When  you  are  done,  ask yourself,  "Do  I  really  understand  how  and  why  Jesus  saves  us  from  our  sin?".   God  is  a  rewarder  of  those  who  diligently  seek  him.   God  is  still  in  the  miracle  business!   It's  my  prayer  that  your  life  is  miraculously  transformed  as  a  result  of  reading  and  understanding  God's  Word.   If  you  should  find  yourself  struggling  for  the  words  to  ask  Christ  into  your  life,  click  "Salvation Prayer"  to  see  an  example  of  how  you  might  want  to  pray.
