Occupation: Father/Construction Manager               Age: 43

Education and Qualifications: Born and raised here in Santa Cruz, I have seen many changes. Many changes have been positive and some have not. Lots of changes have been promised, and lots of promises have not been honored. Neighborhoods have been neglected and are in decline. Crime is up. The Downtown area is suffering and shoppers are attracted elsewhere. Our industries have moved away, taking good paying jobs with them.

As a father I want Santa Cruz to be a safe place for my family. We must create good paying jobs that keep people from living on the brink of poverty.  I’m concerned about the increase in violence and the image of a town out of control. Santa Cruz is beautiful. Let us preserve it and pass it on to the youths of tomorrow

As a Construction Manager, I work with many people, all with ideas, and better ways to complete the project .The best projects, are the ones where everyone has an opportunity to contribute something. I will treat the people of Santa Cruz with the same respect. With your support Santa Cruz can and will be a place where people work together for the common good. Thank you for your vote.
