This year, he also performed in the Jimmy Dean Country Showdown in Knoxville and placed 5th out of 20 contestants in the Jimmy Dean Country Showdown at Governor's Palace in Sevierville, TN. Greg's new single, "Honky-Tonk Dancin' Machine", has been doing well. Greg recorded his new single at Studio One in Knoxville, TN, and was produced by him and Terry Turner. The musicians that performed on Greg's new single are members of country legend Lee Greenwood's band.
