Enterprise sensors detect a Klingon battle cruiser trespassing in Fed territory, apparently on a scouting mission. Pursues. The Klingons seems to have an elementary cloaking device on board. Enterprise is losing their signal. Enterprise falls into cosmic storm. Enterprise makes it through storm by heading with the storm's current, adding storm's speed to its own, starts to pull away. Free of storm with wrench so great it threatens to tear the ship apart. Sensors give no readings once they are free of storm. powerful energy line pulls ship to museum of missing ships, in limbo.
Klingon, green jumpsuit, with fringed red sash over left shoulder - You are most generous, old man, but what we want, we take!
Kirk - Those rather ugly star-slugs standing before us, are Klingons.
Klingon - Very insolent attitude, Captain Kirk, for a dead man.
The Klingon battle cruiser has found its way here as well. not pulled in by curator's beam.
Other Klingons have ammo bandoliers over left shoulders.
Caretaker's bodyguard animal crumbles under the awesome sonic disrupter attack.
Klingons best Kirk and Spock in hand to hand fight, round up rest of spacefarers in limbo museum.
Kirk - Why are you doing this, Klingon?
Klingon - Klingon nature, Captain Kirk, whatever exists, we must control! This abysmal chunk of dirt will be Klingon property when we leave!
Spock - Apparently the Klingons don't realize that they are as much prisoners here as we!
Kirk escapes, beams away.
Klingon - They are escaping! The commander will have our heads for this!
Klingons have whips, interrogate museum prisoners, there is no way out of the museum limbo.
Klingon - Ridiculous! There must be a way out. And he will tell us what it is, before I scramble his tiny little brain!
Kirk - For men who've touched the stars, you're still barbarians, Klingon!
Klingon - You're a persistent man, Captain Kirk! But I am more persistent still! If you want these derelict space tramps so badly, you can have them!
Blaster battle in museum ensues.
Klingon - concentrate your fire at Kirk, you hapless morons! We must not be defeated!
Spock beams in behind Klingon leader, grabs him - Tell your men to throw down their weapons!
Klingon - Fool! My life means nothing, it is only the conquest that counts!
Spock - I ask only a truce!
Klingon - All right, Vulcan, you have your truce! I'm listening!
The dimensional gate can be opened, if sufficient force is applied. If the Klingon vessel were to add its power to that of Enterprise, might escape dying museum world.
Klingon - You have our help, but only until we are clear of this phantom purgatory!
Two ships hurl bolts of concentrated energy against nothingness. Blast themselves free.
Side of Klingon D-7, with writing on wing. Captain sits in block angled chair with gunman standing beside him.
Klingon - And what of us, captain Kirk? Do we continue our battle now that we've regained reality?
Kirk - Seems kind of foolish, to work together one moment and destroy each other the next?
Klingon - Those are my thoughts as well! There will be other days, other battles! Perhaps we will meet again!
Enterprise returns to Starbase 9 for minor repairs.

38 One of Our Captains is Missing!
July 1976
Stardate 19:29:13
Planet Mobita is a young planet, jungle area of Togo. The Togotas, an ancient isolated people. The Sweet People, conveyed nothing but love and hospitality. No weapons. Enslaved. Togotas don’t talk, communicate by projecting pictures.
Forehead Horned Kafrians. Yula wine.  A szonka knife. Tnoory tobacco.
The Federation smells Klingons in the Togotan rebellion. That would explain the modern weapons the Togotans now possess. The Fed intercepted Klingon communications indicating that they dropped a team of military advisers into the jungle a year ago. Kirk is to prove the Klingons are with the Togota. Sees Klingon soldiers instructing Togatans in quick fire drill. Chief Mwipi, Judge Ndarpo.
Klingon – Now listen here, you’re going to have to do a lot better in quick-fire drill, if you are ever going into real battle! You want to go into bondage like so many of your brothers? Then get cracking! We can’t fight your liberation war for you!
Kirk captured by Klingon
The Sweet People have learned violence and mayhem from experts – Klingons.
Kirk informs Chief Mwipi who his Klingon partners really are. They’ll help you to gain control of the planet, and then you’ll be their puppets. Whatever you have of value, art, labor, your very lives, they’ll turn into cash and power! They’ve done it to countless worlds.
Kirk in anti-Klingon assignment on planet Mobia. Mobia sector.
Klingon – Brave warriors of the Togota, you are ready to wage battle against your oppressors, the merciless Mobians! And more, you are ready to win!
King Mwipi afraid.
Klingon – You’re afraid your men are outnumbered and will be slaughtered! Don’t worry! If you’re in danger, I’ll call in forces from our ships!
Mwipi wants his people to liberate themselves, no outsiders.
Klingon – Only a zeta bomb could guarantee victory, and that’s too complicated for your people to handle. I swear it!
The Klingon finds himself facing his own guns.
The zeta-12, which is found on every Klingon ship of war, is small enough to be delivered by a child.
Kirk hand to hand with Klingon to decide.
Mwipi is beginning to see through you, Klingon! He knows if you withheld the ultimate weapon, it was to make yourselves the new masters! You want his troops to be massacred so that your ships can invade in the guise of liberators.
Shut your mouth, space dog. I said, shut it! Maybe this will stop your tongue.
If you gave them a super bomb to liberate themselves, you could never rule over them either!
A tiny electronic device suddenly appears in the fallen Klingon’s hand.
Klingon - Just one signal from me, my ship will blow this whole jungle into dust! If my mission fails, no one must be left alive to tell of it!
Klingon ship orbiting planet – Enterprise arrives. must not be discovered! Expose secret mission – all be hanged! But our jungle team, they’ve signaled us to make a bombing raid! We can’t leave them to die! The devil with them! We’ve our own necks to save! Hurray!

Operation Con Game
Writer: George Kashdan
SD 3504.7
It began as a petty, almost laughable crime, but behind it was a foe whose cunning and treachery would swiftly led the galaxy to the brink of war!
While exploring a neutral sector near the Klingon Empire, Enterprise sensors pick up rare emanations of dilithium on planetoid. Beaming down to barren world Kirk, Spock and McCoy are ambushed by Klingon, stunned, a jolting shock, numbing darkness, then nothingness until regain consciousness.
If you try to resist, our phasers are now set to disintegrate!
Klingon Lt. in black turtleneck, green tunic, lighter green edging and sleeves, black line along both shoulder seams, with two cross lines on either shoulder, gold pendant necklace diamond shape and two balls. High black boots. Spockian hair with goatee. Kirk knows he's a Lt. immediately.
Kirk - This attack is a violation of the treaty between the Fed and the Klingon Empire!
Lt. - Not at all! We are merely bending the treaty a bit! You will be released at the proper time!
Two other Klingons in red tunics, yellow edging, straight black line along shoulder seam.
The three Feds knock the three Klingons out, Spock uses Vulcan nerve pinch.
A Klingon warship commander and his party are finalizing treaty giving exclusive mining rights to the Klingon Empire from the Grand Qaal of Eulus. Paid in gold. Simple native population easily duped.
Commander black hair and beard, green tunic, lighter green edging and sleeves, three black cross lines on shoulders, gold pendent, large circle and two smaller balls. High black boots.
Kirk - The Klingons are a warlike people! They'll use the dilithium for conquest and subjugation! Kirk calls the mining treaty invalid because the Klingons waylaid the Feds.
Page 9 Commander to Ectacus, transport two!
Square communicator, no flip top. Klingons take load of the dilithium up to ship.
Klingon transporter goes crzzzap.
Kirk finds out Harry Mudd is selling useless, highly explosive synthetic dilithium to Klingons.
Mudd set up shop here because he knew Klingon ships patrol the vicinity.
Mudd thinks he'll be a hero if one hard jolt causes dilithium to explode, wiping out a Klingon ship single handed. But what about the full scale war that would start between the Klingons and the Fed! Spock contacts the Klingons to tell tem about dilithium, but, distrustful by nature, the Klingons believe his warning is some sort of ruse!
Kirk decides to transport himself and Spock aboard Klingon ship, some unmanned area, like one of their holds. Dimly lit corridor.
Based on his tricorder readings, and if his memory of Klingon warships serves him correctly, Spock figures the makeshift dilithium is in the captain's quarters! Sentry lounging outside door to captain's quarters. Red tunic, white edging, no band at shoulder seam, gold circle necklace, high boots with knee flaps. Yellow oval door with ornate gold ornamentation. Spock neck pinches the sentry out.
The Klingons aren't altogether stupid, they gave Mudd a transmitter in case trouble should develop. Mudd, as the Grand Qaal, informs the Klingons that the men from the Fed plan to invade your craft, they seek the dilithium.
Klingon invasion alert sounds - Bweeoo-Bweeooo. Kirk recognizes Invasion Alert!
Commander captures Kirk and Spock in his quarters, aided by crewman in blue tunic, purple edging and sleeves, black turtleneck with blue band down center front.
If Kirk and Spock were captured aboard that Klingon warship Scotty wouldn't give a scotch farthing for their lives!
Commander  - I offer you leniency, prisoners! Explain your mission here, and I will allow you to die painlessly!
Commander - Who would believe it? A Fed captain and his first officer walked right into my hands! This is indeed a glorious day!
Commander - The truth now, Captain! Why did you invade my craft? Surely it wasn't for this small amount of dilithium! Some nonsense about it being explosive! Move! A few minutes in our interrogation chamber should wring out your true motives!
Spock tosses an exploding dilithium rod, neck chops the commander, whom Kirk also smacks with a left to the jaw. The Feds transport back to Enterprise.
Kirk captures escaping Harry Mudd, returns gold ingots to Klingons.
Commander - We thank you for the return of our gold, Captain! As for the dilithium, you convinced us of its deadly nature, and we discarded it. In view of the fact that you may have saved our lives, I will overlook your criminal invasion of my ship!
Harry Mudd is of the opinion that conning a few Klingons is no crime.
