The Librarian's Almanac
	This portion of the Shelter is dedicated to the archives of Michael Cone's Librarian's Almanac from the HoE Listserve.  What is the Librarian's Almanac?  Here's what the man himself had to say about it: "I was a big fan of the Today in the Wild West threads over in the DL lists and kinda had a run on ideas for HOE. The way that I framed it was (as a) series of reports to Librarians around the Wasted West."  For Players, the Almanac entries make for some great atmospheric reading and provide the kind of rumors their characters might hear as they wander about.  For Marshals,  the Almanac can be an invaluable tool as a story seed resource for adventures and campaigns.  Almanac entries are filed by month, and will be updated periodically as more are submitted.  If you have questions or comments about the Almanac, or have some ideas for it that you'd like to submit, you can contact Michael Cone directly or mail Marshal Matt here at the Shelter.
