You might have wondered about the graphic logo used for this website. It is different from the other websites in this series. If you have a dial-up connection, you probably waited expectantly for the bottom of the logo to come in, but it never did. It seems to be incomplete.

That's my point about the educational system. It starts to do its job, and it seems to have a promising future. Yet, there's something missing. The work - and its concomitant result - is often incomplete. We are disappointed with the results.
