Children need reinforcement in order to be able to succeed.
Parents and teachers can help their children study and learn by giving them the reinforcement that they need. One way is by preparing simple certificates of achievement. Teachers can prepare a simple document such as the following:
The Faculty of
[School Name]
certify to all that
[Student Name]
has been nominated
Student of the Month
Date Signature
Would you like it to be a bit more fancy? Use your computer or calligraphy skills, get a special program that creates certificates, or use the Wizards in a program like Microsoft Word.
Remember that the goal is not to show how well you can shine as a certificate-creator. The goals is to give the child an award. His name of the certificate is worth much more than the most elegant certificate that you create.
