Like a Business Partner

This page is still under construction.

People should pick their wedding partners, in other words their husband or their wife in the same way that many people pick a business partner. Before someone picks out a business partner they investigate the person thoroughly. They spend a great deal of time discovering whether the person is suitable, if he's honest, if he's reliable. They look into what the business is going to be about and they see if this person has the right qualities and qualifications to be able to add to the business so that the business will succeed more as a result. They get references and they check into these references carefully, because after all this is a business and they don't want the business to fail. They're very careful about looking into the right relationship.

They also do what is necessary so that they will have a good working relationship over a long period of time. They want to be sure that they won't have to fire this new business partner.

Surprisingly, people do know how to select partners when it comes to businesses. They do go about it in the right way and a large percentage of the people select these partners correctly. True, there are people who are frivolous about the way they select a business partner, but typically business people understand the need for doing whatever is necessary to evaluate the business partner properly. Some of them even check the business partner out through outside sources and consult with other people just to make sure that they're getting the right person.

And this is just for a business!

One might think that for a partner for life, a marriage partner, people would check things out at least as carefully.

Where do you want to go now?
