You may not be able to control everything in your future, but you can predict what will happen with a certain amount of accuracy.
If your computer breaks down or locks up at a certain point in your work such as when you are loading up a particular program, then you can predict that in the future when you load up the same program it might lock up and unless you take certain steps you will be right in your prediction.
When you go to sleep you can predict the dreams that you're going to have. You will have no control over them, but the last thing that you think about before going to sleep has a high chance of repeating itself during the night in dreams and things that happened earlier in the day have less of a chance the further away it is, but they all have some likelihood of repeating themselves in different forms in your sleep. Thus, if you had a fight with somebody before going to sleep then that or an argument with somebody before going to sleep, then you may continue to have arguments throughout the night in your dreams. If during the day you studied something or if you did something exciting, then depending upon the time and the intensity of the event you may be able to predict that a comparable issue will repeat itself throughout the night in your dreams.
On the other hand, if you were deeply engrossed in a pleasurable activity relating to your work or hobby then that activity or a related one will keep repeating itself during your dreams.
If you are dating somebody and you see a certain thing that happens or a certain trait, don't expect it to go away. That trait will repeat itself throughout your partner's life and thus throughout your life. So, it is good to look out for these small hints that the partner exhibits on the very first date and decide whether as a result of these hints whether you want to continue dating the person or whether you accept these traits which occur. Remember that you should imagine that the trait is repeating itself throughout the rest of your life, then decide whether that trait is acceptable. Of course, consider that trait in the overall context of all of the qualities of your partner before making such a decision.
On the other hand, you cannot predict how a child will behave when he or she grows up based upon a particular incident or trait. The child changes and goes through many stages and the trait could either be reinforced or could be removed or cancelled over the course of the child's development. There are many things that influence traits among children who are young. The older the child is the more likely the trait is to be permanent.
Note to myself: keywords must be added to this before immediately.
You cannot predict the after sale service based on the salesman. The way that you are treated in the showroom does not represent the way that they are going to deal with your problem after you leave the showroom and after you pay. These are unpredictable events.
You can rarely predict whether the bread will fall on the buttered side or whether the other line will move faster. That means that most of the maxims that you have repeated are not necessarily valid. Maxims are fun, they are interesting, but not necessarily valid.
However, don't go around telling people that you are a prophet and that you know what is going to happen. You don't and you cannot tell what will happen in the future. You don't have those capabilities. The concept of prophecy today was only given to idiots according to traditional Jewish concepts. These guidelines are just that: guidelines. However, if you keep them in mind then you can see that they work in a larger number of cases or in a greater number of cases than might be expected under random circumstances. That is certainly far from being a guarantee and you may well make a fool of yourself if you announce predictions to a wider audience.
But that's exactly what the Jewish maxim said, right?
These issues will occur with enough frequency to astound you, but without enough frequency to be able to amaze your friends.
And in certain issues, such as politics or the lottery -- all bets are off.
When some appliance or mechanical instrument has a problem you cannot predict that it will repeat that problem when you show it to the serviceman.
of the future.
It comes soon enough.
