CAMP HOLLOWAY



Three of my friends. We worked on the night shift at the hanger. I wonder where they are today?


This is one of the gun trucks that helped us move to Ankhe. They would provide gun cover on the road.


This is the swamp. Some know it as part of the Christmass Tree.You can see the 119th area in the center of the picture. During the Rains, we would have to walk . The 3/4 just couldn't make it. The red dirt would just turn to mud.

This is the author of this page. We were young once. Behind me is the hootch where I lived. Sand bags and all.



This is KIM. She lived in Pleiku City.She worked very hard. She did the laundry for 6 soldiers. She spoke very good english. But not the type mother would like to hear. She learned english from GI's. We will never forget her.
