| If you don't know how to make wallpapers then scroll to the bottom. we want your wallpapers sent to us via e-mail in .jpg format so we can do a competition to see who can design the best wallpaper.. We want your ORIGINAL work for this. The rules 1. This MUST be original work 2. it mus be sent in .jpg format 3. it must be sent to are e-mail 4. it must not include your name or site on it because people don't want that 5. it must be of GTA3 6. you may only send 2 wallpapers MAX 7. in the e-amil you MUST have your name 8. wallpapers must be 800-600 (if you win then we make it bigger) The winner The winner of this competion will NOT get any money gta3hq will take no credit for these wallpapers. the winner's wallpaer will FOREVER go on this site as a winner along with there wallpaper. the winner's wallpaper you will be able to download There will only be 1 winner unless loads of people enter How to make wallpaers. 1. for my two above i use Microsoft paint and Dr Franklins pro effects. 2. load paint. 3. click image/attributes or press ctrl+E 4. set Width to 800 and height to 600 (this is a 15 inch monitor) 5. now you have a normal size. 6. now edit this. add pictures etc. To Save in .jpg format 1. click file (up top) 2. Save as 3. when the save box comes up go to Save as type 4. JPEG 5. name it Sending Via e-mail i use yahoo so i will write it as if your using Yahoo 1. sign in 2. compose 3. e-mail to gta3_hq@yahoo.co.uk 4. add your name. click attachment. 5. add your wallpaper via attchment 6. SEND |
