Emile Leopold Locque is a henchman in the movie For Your Eyes Only. Locque is an assassin and the one who appears on behalf of Aris Kristatos, the man who hired him. Locque kills Bond's contact in Cortina, Italy, so Bond kills him by making his teetering car fall of a cliff.
