Balloon chase
Each person blows up a balloon and then ties it to their ankle. They need to protect their balloon whilst bursting everyone else’s. Winner is either everyone with a balloon still intact after so much time or the last girl with an intact balloon.  This can be played indoors or out.

Shove
This game requires plenty of supervision and strictly enforced rules!  It is ideally played on grass or sand rather than a hard floor.  Mark the playing area into 4 rectangles, numbered 1 to 4.  Everyone starts in number 1.  The idea is to force other people into rectangle 2 then 3 then 4 without leaving the original rectangle yourself.  The last person forced into the last rectangle wins.

Ruined camp
This is a game from Belgium.  You will need a rope, volleyball net or other way of dividing the playing space into 2, and a number of balls, preferably soft ones.
Divide girls into 2 teams and use some means of identification so everyone knows who’s on which team – you don’t have to do this, it just makes it easier.  Team 1 stands on one side of the net, team 2 on the other.  The “net” (rope, whatever) should be at least chest height, preferably around head height.
Start with one ball.  The girl with the ball throws it over the net to the other team, sending it so they can not catch it.  If a player catches the ball in the air, she gives it to one of her team and goes over to the opposite camp.  Once she is there she joins with the others in trying to catch the ball but if she does she does not swap sides – instead she tries to throw it so another member of her team can catch it & so come over to join her.  The object is to be the first team with all its players in the opposite camp.  Add more balls once they get the hang of it, to keep everyone moving.
