PINEAPPLE UP-SIDE-DOWN CAKE  

Ingredients:
slice of pineapple with some juice
yellow cake mix and eggs, oil water, according to cake pkg.
maraschino cherries

Directions:
Put a slice of pineapple with a spoon of juice in the bottom of a tuna can.  Add one cherry to center of pineapple slice.  Then pour in your cake mix.  Place a couple small stones on the surface of the vagabond stove over a buddy burner and set the tuna can with the cake on top.  Place a vented #10 can on top to make an oven.  It makes a delicious individual cake.


DEATH BY CHOCOLATE 


Ingredients:
2  double chocolate cake mixes
eggs (according to cake pkg. directions)
oil (according to cake pkg. directions)
water (according to cake pkg. directions)
1 - 24 oz. Hershey's syrup
1 - 16 oz. bag chocolate chips

Directions:
Prepare 1 cake mix, according to directions.  Pour into a foil lined Dutch Oven.  Sprinkle  ½ bag chocolate chips over cake mix.  Pour Hershey's syrup over all.  Repeat for a second layer.    Place 8-10 coals on bottom and 6-8 coals on top of Dutch Oven.  Bake for 30- 40 minutes, until cake is set.
