6 - PERSON RIGHT

Within the area of the person right there is hardly difference between citizens and foreigners. Also in the Turkish right like the German right each natural humans with completion of the birth are legally responsible. The legal capacity reads carriers of rights and obligations. This right may not be transferred third and against everyone effectively. Also the regulations of Turkish and German right over the legal competency and abilityability ability are similar.

The natural and legal entities, who maintain it that their rights over personality one hurt, can the removal or the handicap of the future Misbrauches require. It was determined by the contract from the 1958 over the modification of the first name or surname that the first names or surname of the citizens of the member states are not to be changed, however is the change of name possible, if an error is to be corrected or if the foreigner the nationality member states acquire.
