2. You can post a Menu of Services in your office which include five coupons with 20% off.
(request one by email and I will prepare one for you)
3. You can email my web address or link to friends & associates and they can visit my webpage,
just be sure they mention your name when they come in.
I guarantee to work with you and your hair to reach the results and the look you desire by the end of YOUR FIRST VISIT as usually is the case, on the condition that you clearly understand that:

1. I will consult with you in an unhurried fashion to clearly understand what you are attempting to do with your look.  It is also your responsibility to be sure that I clearly understand what you are trying to achieve.

2. The possibility of reaching the look you desire depends on the condition of your hair.

3. To get the look you desire may require more than one fully paid visit, if such is the case,
I will advise you of how many visits are required and the estimated cost to acheive the results you desire.

4.If you are dissatisfied with the results you MUST call and leave a message at 213-324-8851 or EMAIL me at
haircarebymarina@juno.com within 48 hours of the appointment.

5. I will then schedule an appointment no more than 5 business days after the initial appointment to make corrections.  After the second visit a third visit can be made if step #3 is followed.

6. You, the client agrees that the fees for service in the event you are not satisfied,
include the initial visit and two additional visits to make corrections, with no refunds.

7. I will not pay for your to visit any other hairstylist to correct my work.

8. If you attempt to make corrections on your own or you leave the other hairdresser unsatisfied I will charge a fee to fix his or your work.

9. All of the above is negotiable.
