LASSIE - A clever collie who was actually a male named "Pal" owned by trainer Rudd Wetherwax. STEVE MCQUEEN - Started in TV in 1958. "The Great Escape"(1963) one of his best works. JACK NICHOLSON - First big film was "Easyrider" 1969. PETER O'TOOLE - Starred as T.E. Lawrence in 1962's "Lawrence Of Arabia" AL PACINO - Al and Rob DeNiro are my two favourite actors for their intensity and honesty in their characters. ANTHONY QUINN - "Zorba The Greek" 1964. He has a Mexican background . JULIA ROBERTS - Played Vivien Ward in the 1990 "Pretty Woman". SYLVESTER STALLONE - "Rocky" in 1976. A change in direction came in 1997's "Copland". SHIRLEY TEMPLE- "Curley Top" in 1935. Started dance lessons at 3 years old. LIV ULLMANN - Acted in 1960s,directed in the 90's and loves stage acting. RUDOLPH VALENTINO - "The Sheik" in 1921 his most famous film. Died in 1927 of a perforated ulser. JOHN WAYNE - "Stagecoach" made him a star in 1939. He mixed war and westerns and in 1976 was dying of cancer in the film "The Shootist". |
